We Create Custom Communication Strategies.
Services We Provide
Our tailored and dynamic approach allows us to meet our clients’ goals — no matter the starting point. We deliver advice, roadmaps, and a variety of strategic, communication and advocacy services that are culturally informed, multilingual, and deeply rooted in the rich diversity of contemporary California.
We help build organizational capacity and expand public policy influence. Using assessment tools such as TotalSDI, we help leaders understand individual and composite strengths and weaknesses, helping to manage conflict and often uncovering opportunities.
We plan and execute multi-faceted government affairs programs that impact public policy. Whether building trust with regulators and legislators, increasing community engagement, or creating lobbying campaigns, we help clients advance their interests through legislative or regulatory processes.
We work on the front-lines of reputation management and community engagement. Our efforts have helped public and private sector clients resolve high-stakes conflict and avert millions of dollars in regulation and legislative compliance costs.
We help clients harness the power of the collective for advocacy and engagement at local and state levels. Whether creating new networks or re-visioning existing ones, we connect our clients with key partners from business, not-for-profits, and government agencies to expand their reach and advance their messages.
We create opportunities for clients to tell their stories to their most important audiences via earned media, op-ed writing, social media, newsletters, speeches, videos, annual reports and more. We draw upon our knowledge, skills and connections to open doors to a broad network of reporters and influencers.
